LiDAR processing supports 3D scene understanding for transportation safety, forestry, and geospatial analysis. Work includes surface modeling and intensity harmonization for airborne LiDAR, sinkhole and terrain depression detection, and tree-level classification—often combined with overhead imagery in transportation and mapping projects.
